I'm a photographer and mechanical engineer based in Reno, Nevada. For the past eight years I've made portraits and landscapes here, using long familiarity with the region, its weather, and its light to make pictures that feel particular to a place rather than generic.
The work is a mix of personal projects around Northern Nevada and commissioned sessions for clients: graduation portraits, couples and engagements, real estate, and a small amount of editorial. I shoot digital and film, and I'm a certified FAA Part 107 pilot for aerial work.
My standard is simple: make pictures worth keeping.

How I work.
I shoot digital and film, depending on what the session calls for. Most of my work happens around Reno and Lake Tahoe, and I cover the rest of Northern Nevada regularly; if you have somewhere further in mind, ask. I'm also FAA Part 107 certified, so licensed drone coverage is an option for commercial jobs.
Afterward you get color-managed digital files in a private gallery, and lab prints if you want something for a wall. You deal with me the whole way through, from the first email to the finished files.
